Wellness Coaching with me is a collaborative, one-on-one process designed to help you understand your body, reduce overwhelm, and create realistic steps toward feeling better day to day. Instead of handing you a rigid plan, I listen to your story, your health history, and what truly matters in your season of life, then we build from there.

During our sessions, I may blend stress management coaching with mindfulness and meditation guidance so you gain practical ways to calm your system in real time-at work, during parenting moments, or when symptoms flare. You will learn how stress shows up in your body and how simple, repeatable practices can shorten recovery time after challenging days.

Lifestyle and nutrition coaching focuses on the basics that make a powerful difference over time: how you eat, move, rest, and restore. Together, we look for manageable shifts-hydration, meal structure, gentle movement, sleep routines-that fit your actual schedule and preferences, not an idealized version of your life.

For those living with pain, Pain Management Education is often a turning point. I help you understand what current science says about pain, how the nervous system and fascia are involved, and which self-care strategies tend to support relief. This knowledge can ease fear around symptoms and give you a clearer sense of what you can influence.

Through Self-Care Strategy Development, you will create a personal menu of small, meaningful practices that nurture body, mind, and spirit. This might include breathwork, grounding exercises, pacing strategies, or restorative rituals that help you feel more resourced.

Wellness Coaching pairs especially well with hands-on therapies such as myofascial release or craniosacral care. While bodywork supports physical change, coaching helps you carry those gains into your daily life, so you are not just feeling better on the table, but also seeing steadier energy, less pain, and more ease in the weeks and months ahead.
