Therapeutic Bodywork with me is focused, clinically informed hands-on care for people who need more than a standard relaxation massage. Drawing on my background in medical massage, nursing, and advanced manual therapies, I design each session around your specific concerns-chronic pain, recent injury, postural strain, stress overload, or a mix of all of these.

At the start of your visit, I review your health history, daily demands, and movement patterns. From there, I may combine several approaches to create one cohesive session. Medical Massage and Pain Management work use precise techniques to calm irritated tissues, reduce trigger points, and lessen long-standing discomfort in areas like the neck, shoulders, low back, or hips.

Rehabilitative Massage Therapy and Injury Recovery Massage are helpful if you are healing after surgery, accidents, or sports-related strains. These sessions focus on improving circulation, reducing protective tightness, and supporting the body as it rebuilds strength and function. Joint Mobilization Bodywork can gently increase flexibility, making everyday movements like reaching, bending, or turning the head feel easier.

Connective Tissue Therapy and Postural Correction Bodywork address fascial restrictions and muscular imbalances that pull your body out of alignment. By releasing tight lines of tissue and re-educating how different areas coordinate, you may notice less stiffness, more balanced posture, and ease in standing, sitting, and walking.
